Hostel Warden

Administration
a. Supervise the day-to-day operations of the hostel.b. Ensure the safety and security of all students.c. Enforce hostel rules and regulations.d. Manage hostel staff, including those outsourced including housekeeping and security.e. Resolve conflicts and address concerns raised by students.f. Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the hostel premises.g. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to hostel activities.h. Coordinate with school administration for hostel supplies and services.i. Organize hostel events and activities to promote student engagement.j. Handle emergencies and crises situations effectively.

Education
a. The students are making full use of the self-study time in the hostel.b. Interact with class teachers, coordinators and subject teachers to stay abreast with the student performance to counsel, motivate and guide students.

Qualifications
Bachelors in a preferred subject Science, humanities, or language arts Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and administrative abilities. Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts amicably. Good written and verbal communication skills. Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities. Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Experience
At least 3-5 years of experience as a warden in a premium private school.
