Job Title: Hostel Warden Location: BML Munjal University, Gurugram, Haryana Experience Required: 7-12 Years Education: Bachelor's/Masters degree in any discipline (Preference for candidates with experience in hostel administration, student welfare, or discipline management) Gender Preference: Open (Male/Female candidates as per requirement) Job Summary: BML Munjal University is seeking an experienced and responsible Hostel Warden to oversee hostel administration and student welfare. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring discipline, maintaining hostel facilities, and creating a safe and conducive living environment for students. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the smooth functioning of the hostel and ensure the safety and well-being of students. Enforce hostel rules and regulations, maintaining discipline among students. Address student grievances and provide counseling as needed. Ensure proper maintenance of hostel infrastructure, cleanliness, and hygiene. Conduct periodic inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure compliance with hostel policies. Liaise with university administration, security, and other departments for effective hostel management. Handle emergency situations, medical cases, and disciplinary actions as per university guidelines. Keep track of student attendance and maintain records. Organize and promote extracurricular activities to foster a sense of community. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and disciplinary skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills. Familiarity with hostel administration and student management. Ability to handle conflicts and maintain a positive living environment.
