Guest interaction: Greeting guests warmly, providing information about the establishment, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Operational tasks: Taking orders, serving food and beverages, clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness of dining areas and common spaces. Customer service: Anticipating guest needs, providing personalized attention, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay. Cash handling: Accurately processing payments and following cash handling procedures. Compliance: Adhering to safety and hygiene standards, following company policies and procedures. Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
