Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Regularly optimize and update property listings on OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, etc.) to ensure accuracy, quality, and visibility. Collaborate with the content and operations teams to keep photos, descriptions, amenities, and pricing current. Manage guest inquiries and pre-booking communication to improve conversion rates. Deliver excellent post-booking support by addressing guest concerns, handling special requests, and managing feedback. Assist in tracking and reporting OTA performance metrics. Provide support to the guest experience team with various hospitality and administrative tasks as needed.
