The Executive Front Office role involves handling emergencies with coordination among PG Doctors, Nurses, Housekeeping department, and IP Cashier. The admission to ICU and room blocking is dependent on the patients" health condition. Special care is provided to VIP patients as per instructions from HOD/management, including keeping them in dedicated rooms and providing special attention in investigation areas. Guests and visitors are taken for hospital rounds based on instructions from HOD & Senior Manager Front Office and Public Relations. The responsibilities also include explaining hospital facilities, promoting Executive packages, and Home Blood collections to patients and attendants. Assisting and guiding patients in investigation areas, directing new patients/attendants to attend lectures on Diabetes and its complications in the auditorium. Other duties involve handling admissions, VIP appointments for the next day, room bookings, and patient inquiries. Updating personal details of visiting consultants in the system every three months. Providing training to newly joined staff, collecting feedback forms from outpatients and inpatients, and supervising admissions and patient follow-ups. The Executive Front Office personnel are responsible for room bookings, appointment scheduling, and coordination with various departments like Housekeeping, nursing staff, and canteen. Additionally, they arrange appointments for new and review patients via email, prepare monthly reports on department activities for the center and branches. As an Interventional Cardiologist, you should hold a qualification of DM Cardiology with a specialization in interventional cardiology. Your role will include attending to patients presenting with suspected cardiovascular diseases, diagnosing, and treating them using both non-invasive and invasive procedures. You will be responsible for performing diagnostic and therapeutic catheter-based interventions, such as coronary angiography and angioplasty. Additionally, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, radiologists, and anesthesiologists. With a minimum of 3 years of experience post Super specialisation, you should be proficient in conducting coronary angiographies and angioplasties via femoral and radial routes. Your responsibilities will also entail independently performing cath lab procedures, graft angioplasty (simple and complex, primary and elective), peripheral angioplasty, balloon pulmonary valvotomy, IVC filter, IABP, permanent pacemaker insertions, and AICD implantation.
