Viswam College of Management Studies is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Hospital Administration Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and research in the field of management, with a strong commitment to providing quality education to our students. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and workshops to studentsDesign and develop course materials, including syllabus, lesson plans, assignments, and examinations, ensuring alignment with academic standards and industry needs.Provide academic guidance and career counseling to students. Foster an interactive and collaborative learning environment.Assess student performance through assignments, exams, presentations, and projects. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve.Stay updated with the latest trends, practices, and developments in the management field.Participate in departmental meetings, and other institutional activities as required Cualifications: Education: MBA in Hospital Administration, Hospital Management, Health Care Management, or MHA or Postgraduate degree in Management Experience: 0-1 year (fresh with a strong interest will also be considered).
