Job Description

French Voice Process Hopper Universal (Travel Process)

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls for travel-related queries and support.
Provide accurate and timely solutions to customers in French and English.
Maintain high-quality service standards while adhering to company processes.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth workflow.

Eligibility & Skills:

Language Skills:

French: B2 C2 level communication required
English: C3 – C2 level communication required

Education
: HSC with minimum 6 months of experience OR Graduate Freshers
Experience
: Minimum 6 months in relevant process preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Selection Process:

HR Round
French AMCAT (Score of 60+ required; must be completed
before Operations Round
)
Operations Round
French Round (Client & Piplette rounds scrapped)

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: 9 LPA
Shifts: 24*7 rotational
Week Offs: 2 rotational weekly offs
Work location strictly following IBU transport boundaries of Thane
