Home Tutor for CBSE Students (Classes 10th, 11th, and 12th)

Job Description

We are seeking experienced and dedicated home tutors to provide personalized, in-home academic support to students of Classes 10th, 11th, and 12th following the CBSE curriculum. Tutors will be responsible for teaching all subjects, including Mathematics, Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology), English, Social Studies, and optional subjects like Economics, Accountancy, Business Studies, or Computer Science, based on the student’s needs and tutor expertise. Responsibilities: Deliver one-on-one lessons at the student’s home in the Delhi/NCR region. Prepare and teach lessons aligned with the CBSE syllabus and exam patterns. Assess student progress, identify weak areas, and customize teaching methods accordingly. Assist with homework, assignments, and exam preparation (including board exams and competitive exams like JEE/NEET, if applicable). Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment. Communicate progress updates to parents/guardians regularly. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Science, Arts, Commerce, or Education). Proven experience in teaching CBSE students (Classes 10th-12th) in all or specific subjects. Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum, textbooks, and evaluation methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel to students’ homes within Delhi/NCR. Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience as a home tutor or in a similar role. Specialization in high-demand subjects like Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or English.
