Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gaya for a Home Loan Professional. The Home Loan Professional will be responsible for managing home loan applications, processing loan documents, and providing customer support throughout the loan process. Daily tasks include assessing loan applications, verifying documents, coordinating with clients and internal teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory policies, and resolving customer inquiries related to home loans.

Qualifications

• Loan Processing, Document Verification, and Customer Support skills
• Experience in handling loan applications and ensuring compliance with policies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of the banking sector and financial regulations is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
