Explain the benefits of the product / services right from receiving the loan applications, for both Agri & LAP (Loan Against Property) till the sanction / disbursement of loans. Contacting / approaching potential clients in the Banking / Financial Industry to establish rapport and arrange meetings/demos. Follow-up with the clients post meeting / demo, either online, personal visit and through calls. Drive the clients to conduct POC (Proof Of Concept) before engaging on commercials. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive commercials and close the sales. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives to expand the client base. Creating pitch decks and marketing/sales collaterals. Periodically engage with the clients post sales for getting feedback and suggesting additional services as per their need. Must be willing to travel extensively Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Well versed with key processes involved with the Loan Disbursement / Sanctioning System including working of Loan Origination System (LOS), checks required for authenticating the applicants credentials, In-Principal Approval, Title Search Report (TSR), Valuation, & Post Disbursement Documentation / Compliances Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable solutions through products or services Great networking skills Resourceful, with outstanding research skills Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior
