Position : Head of Department (HOD) – Dialysis Technology Experience : Minimum 5 Years (Teaching and/or Clinical) Qualification : Ph.D. in Dialysis (Relevant Specialization) Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Head of Department (HOD) for Dialysis to lead and manage the academic and administrative responsibilities of the department. Key Responsibilities: Provide academic leadership and administrative oversight for the Dialysis Technology Department. Develop and update curriculum in line with academic and industry standards. Supervise faculty, monitor teaching performance, and encourage research activities. Coordinate practical and clinical training in association with hospitals and dialysis units. Organize academic seminars, workshops, and guest lectures. Mentor students, ensuring academic excellence and professional development. Ensure departmental compliance with institutional, accreditation, and regulatory standards. Eligibility Criteria: Ph.D. in Dialysis equivalent. Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching and/or clinical experience. Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in academic leadership or HOD role. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Education: Doctorate (Preferred) Experience: total work: 5 years (Preferred)
