Job Purpose:
Responsible for sales of Super Premium Credit Cards and other segment of cards via VYMO base. Driving Super Premium cards sourcing, through HNW Mapped branches (Preferred/Imperia and Infinity Segment customers). Drive Productivity with focus on digital acquisition, activation, manage costs of acquisition, VYMO Adoption and ensure compliant sourcing processes. To coach, train and and motivate the MNP RMs to enhance productivity, conduct training and refresher sessions. Drive X Sell like Loan on Cards, TPP, My cards, IFB, CASA, Standing Instruction on Debit Card and CC Card upgrades, etc. Adherence to laid down sales processes.
