Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the clients' business objectives and challenges and creating strategic recommendations based off of this understanding. You will do so by building a strong relationship with our clients and analyzing our clients' data. Essentially, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients. Acquisition of HNI & Ultra HNI clients with primary focus on generation of broking revenue through Equity / Commodity / Currency market segments. Recruit, Train & Retain Team members - HNI Relationship Managers and HNI Advisors for the stated HNI desk. Managing new and existing HNI client relationships with efforts on revenue generation through Equity/ Commodity / Currency market segments (through online and offline channel). Analyzing & monitoring the clients portfolio and render advisory services for securing high ROI. Execute Cross Sell efforts on focused products promoted by the organization (Mutual Funds / Insurance / PMS / Structured products and others). Promote the organizations research and advisory suggestions to the clients being generated from time to time. Submission of periodic MIS reports as per requirements of the business. Functional / Technical Skills 1. Good Knowledge of capital market 2. Portfolio Management 3. Financial Planning 4. Customer Satisfaction.
