Job Description

Location : Mumbai Central Reporting to : Project Manager Reported by : 4-5 direct staff and Contract staff At Mumbai Team strength : 25 Company Details : Company is established into end to end Healthcare Solutions. Role Involves : Implementation of Hospital Management and Information System for Clients in Mumbai during the 1st year; provide Support as required and later get involved in Implementation for other focused Cities. Qualification Required : Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. Proven experience (minimum of 5-7 years) in implementing and configuring healthcare information systems, with a focus on HMIS Role & Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end implementation of HMIS solutions, including system configuration, customization, and integration with existing healthcare IT infrastructure. Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse requirements, ensuring the HMIS meets their specific needs. Develop and execute implementation plans, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within scope. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for HMIS implementation projects, providing expert guidance on system functionality and configuration options. Troubleshoot technical issues, working closely with the technical support team to resolve challenges promptly. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and addressed. Conduct user training sessions for clients and internal staff to ensure a smooth transition to the new HMIS Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing inquiries, and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for end-users and internal teams. Conduct thorough testing of HMIS configurations to ensure system reliability, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards Collaborate with the project management team to ensure successful project delivery Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with HMIS implementations. Collaborate with clients to assess system performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement enhancements Candidate Profile / Required Skills 1. In-depth knowledge of HMIS solutions, Tele-medicine, healthcare data standards, and regulatory requirements. 2. Strong technical proficiency in relevant technologies, databases, programming languages and cloud deployments. 3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. 4. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. 5. Demonstrated ability to deliver software solutions as well as turn-key projects. 6.
