Job Description

Bhandari Hospital, Jaipur is a trusted healthcare institution providing quality medical care with advanced facilities. To strengthen our operations and data-driven decision making, we are hiring a detail-oriented MIS Operations Executive. Good in EXCEL HOSPITAL RELATED EXPERIENCE PREFERRED. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Collect, analyze, and validate data from different hospital departments (finance, HR, operations, clinical). Monitor hospital KPIs (patient flow, billing, inventory, staff utilization). Support management in strategic planning with accurate data insights. Automate reporting processes and improve operational efficiency. Coordinate with IT and administrative staff for data management and software troubleshooting. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Commerce, or related field. 1–4 years of MIS/Data analysis/Operations experience, preferably in hospital/healthcare sector. Strong knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards), SQL/ERP, and reporting tools. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
