Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month Experience: 2–3 years Employment Type: Full-time Shift: Day Shift Industry: Manufacturing Key Responsibilities Machine Operation & Setup: Set up and operate HMC machines (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens) to produce precision components. Programming & Tooling: Read and interpret engineering drawings; perform manual programming and tool setting. Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure conformance to specifications. Batch Production: Manage the operation of multiple HMC machines simultaneously, ensuring smooth workflow and on-time completion of batch production orders. Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Monitor machine performance, promptly identify and resolve operational issues to maintain consistent output. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production data, machine maintenance, and quality checks. Required Qualifications Education: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in HMC operations. Skills: Proficiency in HMC programming, machine operation, and quality inspection. Certifications: Knowledge of Fanuc or Siemens controllers is preferred.
