Job Title: History Teacher (PGT Level) School Name: Guidance Academy, Jangipur Campus Location: Murshidabad, West Bengal Job Role & Responsibilities: Teach History to senior secondary students as per the West Bengal Board curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, academic material, and conduct engaging classroom sessions. Evaluate students’ performance through assignments, projects, and exams. Maintain discipline and promote a positive learning environment in the classroom. Participate in school events, staff meetings, and training sessions as required. Support students in developing a strong foundation in History and related humanities subjects. Eligibility Criteria: Postgraduate in History (M.A in History) B.Ed is mandatory Prior teaching or tutoring experience preferred (freshers with a passion for teaching may apply) Strong communication and classroom management skills Willingness to relocate to Jangipur, Murshidabad Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications) Perks & Benefits: Free fooding and accommodation provided by the school Peaceful residential campus with supportive work culture Opportunity for growth and professional development
