Key Responsibilities : - Design and demonstrate engaging history lessons that connect historical events with modern-day relevance. - Develop creative content that supports interdisciplinary learning across humanities. - Conduct class observations and provide constructive feedback to ensure a student-centered, inquiry-based learning environment. - Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and teaching practices across subjects. - Train teachers to ensure - Maintain and create resources using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) for lesson planning and data management. Qualifications : - A degree in History, Humanities, or a related field. - Passion for making history engaging and relevant to middle school students. - Excellent writing skills for developing lesson plans, content, and feedback. - Strong observational skills to assess classroom dynamics and provide insights for improvement. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Prior teaching experience in middle school (preferred).
