Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage Time, Attendance & Expense processing.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in timesheets/expenses.
  • Coordinate with Finance teams for updates and payroll inputs.
  • Maintain and update PTO/vacation records before payroll cutoff.
  • Ensure accurate data transfer to Payroll; support internal audits.
  • Collaborate with SDMs/Business Owners on pay, bill rate & variance issues.
  • Experience with VMS tools (FG, Beeline, IQN, Coupa) is a plus.

Preferred Profile:

  • Graduate with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in Time & Attendance / Expense management.
  • Hands-on with ERP tools (PeopleSoft preferred).
  • Staffing industry experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel & Outlook.
