Job Description

Test/Integration Engineer

Responsibilities:

Create and execute end-to-end test plans for complex systems.
Identify requirements, perform risk analysis, and develop test designs.
Analyze and document test results to ensure quality of software releases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on testing strategy and execution.
Act as a competence leader in testing processes and tools.
Coach and mentor junior test engineers.
Ensure all products meet required standards before deployment.

Requirements:

Engineering degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, or Computer.
5+ years of experience in system/software manual testing.
Hands-on experience with SDLC models and test processes.
Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, Unix, and test management tools.
Strong communication, analytical, and team collaboration skills.
Willingness to travel internationally up to 60% of the time.
