Job Description

Hi, d.light Energy is looking for Territory Sales Manager for three different locations. Please find the details below: Job locations - Meerut, Agra, and Kolkata Job Expectation and Scope The TSM is responsible for managing the primary and secondary channel partners, including but not limited to superstockists, distributors, and retailers. In this role, the TSM will be responsible for managing the distribution channel Partners, Super Distributors, Retail Distributors, retailers, and Sales. Awareness/education of customers and marketing activities like roadshow, miking, and canopy etc. Maintaining Stock management, roll out of Schemes, Variance in monthly target v/s achievement, and MIS activities of their respective market. Key Responsibilities Meeting the assigned primary and secondary targets. Expansion of the distribution and retail network Ensure collection from the channel as per the company policy Mentor the distributor's salesforce Increase the number of Retail Distributors and Retailers Achieve secondary and Tertiary target sales Maintain an effective and updated MIS DESIRED SKILLS Minimum of 5-7 Years of relevant experience in sales within the electrical/consumer goods/power product industry.
