We are looking for a passionate and experienced Subject Matter Expert Pre-Primary Coordinator to lead curriculum development, teacher training, and quality implementation of early childhood education programs. This dual-role professional will combine deep knowledge of early learning pedagogy with leadership and coordination skills to ensure holistic development and joyful learning in the foundational years. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, review, and enhance age-appropriate curriculum and content (lesson plans, activities, rhymes, worksheets, and assessments) for children aged 2–6. 2. Oversee the implementation of the curriculum across centers/classrooms and ensure standardization. 3. Train, mentor, and support pre-primary teachers in classroom management, teaching strategies, and developmental observations. 5. Coordinate with academic leadership to align program goals and outcomes. 6. Conduct classroom observations, provide feedback, and maintain quality benchmarks. 7. Facilitate communication between educators, parents, and school management regarding the early years' program. 8. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and child protection guidelines. Qualifications: Any Graduate + NTT/PPTTC/B.
