Hiring Sr Automation Engineer For Conveyor Manufacturer

Job Description

Role & responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement automated systems for conveyor manufacturing processes. Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi). Oversee the integration of electrical and mechanical systems for seamless automation. Collaborate with design, production, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth workflow. Optimize existing automation processes for improved performance and cost-efficiency. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians. Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards (ISO, etc.). Requirements: Education: Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Automation, or Mechatronics Engineering. Experience: Minimum 5 years in industrial automation, preferably in the manufacturing or conveyor industry. Technical Skills: Expertise in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi), HMI/SCADA systems, and industrial sensors/actuators. Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical diagrams, control panels, pneumatics, and robotics integration. Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset, leadership qualities, and excellent communication skills.
