Job Title: Sr. Proposal Writer Experience Required: 3+ years Location: Noida Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Proposal Writer with expertise in developing proposals for US State and/or Federal Government bids. The ideal candidate will manage the entire proposal lifecycle, from RFP analysis to submission, ensuring compliance with government guidelines and client requirements. Key Responsibilities: Write and manage proposals for US State/Federal Government bids. Analyze RFPs/RFQs and collaborate with cross-functional teams for proposal content. Ensure proposals meet deadlines, client specifications, and compliance standards. Handle multiple proposals simultaneously, maintaining quality and accuracy. Stay updated on government procurement processes (FAR, GSA, SAM.gov). Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in US Public, State/Federal proposal writing. Strong project management, writing, and editing skills. Familiarity with GovWin, FAR, and government contracting platforms. Preferred: Experience in IT, Healthcare, or Staffing proposals.
