Hiring Senior Processor (Us Mortgage)

Hiring for Senior Processor having Mandatory experience in US Residential Mortgage

Key Responsibilities

• Support US Loan Officers in managing borrower applications from submission through closing.
• Review borrower documents (income, credit, assets, appraisal, title, insurance, etc.) for completeness and accuracy.
• Order, track, and follow up on third-party services such as credit reports, VOEs, VOAs, appraisals, and title.
• Ensure compliance with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and investor guidelines.
• Maintain accurate data entry and updates in loan origination systems (e.g., Encompass, Calyx, LendingQB, ICE, or similar).
• Prepare and organize loan files for underwriting and closing.
• Communicate status updates and missing document requests to the US team and coordinate with borrowers/realtors as directed.
• Generate pipeline reports, maintain trackers, and escalate potential issues proactively.
• Provide administrative support including scheduling, preparing disclosures, and assisting with compliance checklists.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in US mortgage processing, loan officer assistance, or related back-office mortgage support.
• Strong understanding of US mortgage documentation, compliance requirements, and investor guidelines.
• Hands-on experience with LOS platforms (Encompass preferred) and common productivity tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work night shifts / US time zones.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
