Job description A detail-oriented Associate for the 401K defined contribution team. This role is crucial in facilitating the smooth and efficient processing of 401k plans, handling complex situations with sensitivity and adherence to regulatory requirements. Job Role Senior Financial Associate Roles & Responsibilities 1 - Will be responsible for delivering the assigned processes like indexing, money in and money out process etc. with high quality in the prescribed turnaround time. Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and scale up to QC role (Quality check) eventually. 2 - Participate in team meetings, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and share insights for enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction. Knowledge & Skills Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field preferred. Proven experience ( at least 2 plus years) in 401K processing Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Good verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Team player with a collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to team goals. Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
