Job Description

Key Responsibilities : Act as a talent advisor for business leaders, educating hiring managers on market trends and internal recruitment processes. Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives for difficult and senior-level searches. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and hiring managers to create effective hiring strategies. Perform talent mapping , develop prospects into candidates, and conduct appropriate assessments. Provide data-driven insights to leadership regarding talent acquisition and hiring trends. Lead client update meetings , coordinate interviews, and participate in offer negotiations. Continuously enhance knowledge about industries, talent pools, and recruitment best practices. Utilize talent networks and industry sources to develop an ongoing pool of potential candidates. Qualifications : Essential Requirements : 7+ years of corporate/search firm recruiting experience focusing on passive candidate generation. 3+ years of experience advising and influencing executive leadership. Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools (e.g., SmartRecruiter, Workday). Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Preferred Skills : Strategic thinker with a focus on tactical execution.
