Are you a Btech Fresher looking to start your career in Recruitment/HR? Join us in Noida sec-63 as an End-to-End Recruitment Executive. This role will give you exposure to the full hiring lifecycle with strong learning, growth & incentive opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing Candidates via job Portals(Naukri, LinkedIn, etc), social media & referrals
Screening resumes, conducting initial calls/assessments
Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle: offer negotiation, joining & onboarding
Maintaining candidates database/tracking hiring metrics
reporting recruitment status, ensuring hiring targets are met.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Fresh Btech graduate
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace)
Good organizational skills & attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines
Eagerness to learn recruitment tools & processes
