Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to manage journal and book publishing projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in full-service project management, with a focus on publishing. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage journal/book publishing projects from initiation to delivery. - Organize and attend meetings with publishers to discuss project requirements and progress. - Track project schedules and ensure deadlines are met. - Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure project milestones are achieved on time. - Maintain regular communication with customers and address any project-related queries. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle. Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-service project management, preferably in publishing. - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication and coordination skills to handle customer interactions and internal team management. - Proven ability to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
