The management team and consultants working for Antara Senior Care are a mix of leaders from various professional backgrounds operating in the fields of finance, strategy, hospitality, healthcare, operations and senior living. Roles & Responsibilities:- We are looking for a Senior Architect with expertise in residential and hospitality projects, specifically focusing on design management for residential, club interiors, and apartment interiors. The ideal candidate should have strong design and project management skills, with the ability to manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are maintained. Core Responsibilities: Design & Project Management: Lead the design process for residential and club interiors. Collaborate on design concepts, space planning, and material selections. Oversee integration of architectural and interior elements for functional, cohesive spaces. Ensure projects meet quality, budget, and timeline standards. Coordination & Collaboration: Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for seamless project execution. Collaborate with MEP, structural, and landscape teams to integrate designs. Approve design drawings and specifications for consistency. Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards. Conduct site visits and quality checks to verify design implementation. Key Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Architecture. Experience: 8-10 years in residential and hospitality interior projects, with a proven portfolio. Skills: Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite), project management, leadership, and client communication skills. Key Interactions: Internal: Project Development, Community Development, Community Operations teams. External: Consultants, Contractors, Vendors.
