We are Expanding Our Contact Centre in Udaipur! Hiring: Process Trainer Join India's largest IVF leader and contribute to the noble cause of parenthood. Be a part of a dynamic team dedicated to making dreams come true! Key Responsibilities: Conduct training for new hire batches. Develop and implement training programs, including TNA, TNI, TTT, and OJT sessions. Monitor SLA adherence and overall training effectiveness. Requirements: Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience , with at least 1 - 2 year as a Process Trainer (on paper). Strong knowledge of training methodologies and process improvement strategies.
