We are hiring a performance-focused marketer who understands mobile app growth at a deep, practical level. This role requires real experience in app install campaigns, including Google UAC and Meta App Install Ads.

If your background is mainly in Shopify ads, e-commerce ads, boosting posts, or basic lead-generation, this position is not suitable.

Key Responsibilities

- Run and optimise Google UAC app install campaigns  

- Execute Meta App Install campaigns with high-volume scaling  

- Reduce CPI while maintaining consistent install quality  

- Test and refine creatives, audiences and placements  

- Maintain stable campaign performance with safe scaling and anti-ban methods  

- Analyse key funnel metrics: CTR, CVR, retention, install quality  

- Generate daily and weekly performance reports  

- Research competitors, winning creatives and industry trends  

- Support paid traffic for specific web pages when required

Must-Have Skills

- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in mobile app install campaigns  

- Strong knowledge of Google UAC (App Campaigns)  

- Strong knowledge of Meta App Install Ads  

- Ability to reduce CPI and scale install volume without losing quality  

- Experience handling monthly budgets from ₹50,000 to ₹3,00,000  

- Understanding of event optimisation (Install → First Open → Registration)  

- Familiarity with Firebase or similar analytics tools  

- Ability to test and iterate creatives on a daily basis  

Candidates with only e-commerce, lead-gen, or branding backgrounds will not be considered.

- Experience with AppsFlyer, Branch or Adjust  

- Understanding of ASO basics  

- Basic copywriting skills for ad creatives  

- Basic creative design ability (e.g., Canva)  

- Awareness of gaming or tech user behaviour  

- Familiarity with ad quality guidelines and anti-ban practices
