Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients (US/UK).
Provide accurate information and resolve queries with a customer-first approach.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and quality service during interactions.
Document customer interactions in a CRM system efficiently.
Meet performance metrics like call quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution time.

Eligibility Criteria:

Fresh graduates (any stream) are eligible to apply.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Willingness to work in
rotational shifts
and
rotational week-offs
.
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
Immediate joiners preferred.
