Job Description Merchandiser Key Responsibilities: Product Placement: Arrange and display products effectively to enhance visibility and sales. Stock Management: Check stock levels in each store and coordinate replenishments to avoid shortages. Store Visits: Visit 8 to 10 stores daily to ensure proper product placement and availability. Store Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and executives for smooth operations. Marketing & Promotions: Execute in-store marketing activities, product promotions, and visual merchandising to drive sales. Market Insights: Monitor competitor activities, customer preferences, and sales trends to optimize product positioning.
