Job Title: Marketing Intern (Unpaid PPO Opportunity) Location: Remote Duration: 2 Months (Full-Time Internship) Stipend: Unpaid Offer: Full-time paid job opportunity after 2 months based on performance About Interview for Sure (IFS): IFS is a growing startup helping job seekers crack interviews faster through personalized coaching and guaranteed job leads. We're building a new way to get people hired faster — and smarter. What You’ll Do: Create and post content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram) Assist in daily lead generation and campaign outreach Manage and grow job seeker communities Run story shoutouts and WhatsApp growth hacks Analyze marketing performance and suggest improvements Work directly with the founder to drive brand and revenue growth What We’re Looking For: Available full-time for 2 months (remote) Strong written and visual communication Hustler mindset – you figure things out, fast Basic knowledge of Canva, social media, and reels Bonus: Experience with lead gen or managing pages What You’ll Get: Direct mentorship and freedom to experiment Certificate + LinkedIn recommendation Hands-on startup experience across content, growth, and branding Priority for full-time paid offer after 2 months (15K–25K/month based on performance)
