Job Description

SUMMARY Job Title: Senior Java Developer Experience: At least 7 years of experience in the software industry 5 years of relevant experience in Java with Spring Boot and Microservices Location: Bangalore Responsibilities: Solid understanding of Agile Methodology and terminologies Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Passionate about web and microservices Open to change and sharing learnings to foster a collaborative atmosphere Able to see the bigger picture and put the customer first Confident in working in multi-functional teams Proactive in finding innovative solutions to new problems Skills: Java 8 Spring: Core, MVC, Security, Data, Boot Understanding of Microservices architecture Experience with Persistence frameworks like Hibernate and JPA Knowledge of RDBS and Messaging systems like ActiveMQ / JMS Proficiency in unit testing with JUnit and Mockito Familiarity with CI/CD, Maven, and Git Good to have: RAML, Understanding of Event Sourcing, CQRS, and DDD, Test-Driven-Development (TDD) Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment Proven experience in Java development with Spring Boot and Microservices Familiarity with Agile Methodology and terminologies
