Required Qualifications:

Provide Level 2 support for BeyondTrust Remote Support solution.
Manage users, access controls, and session policies in line with security and compliance standards.
Monitor system performance, availability, and logs; proactively identify and resolve issues.
Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and patching of BeyondTrust environments.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and service management teams to ensure secure and seamless integration.
Support audits and compliance initiatives by generating reports and maintaining documentation.
Assist in onboarding new users and teams to the BeyondTrust Remote Support platform, including training and knowledge sharing

Core security & networking skills:

TCP/IP, DNS, LDAP
,
Kerberos
protocol knowledge.
Experience with
scripting (PowerShell, Python
) for automation and reporting.
Core Beyond Trust platform support
Experience configuring role-based access controls (RBAC) and session policies.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience with ITSM tools
