Salary- Upto 30,000 per month , Additional Bonus payout

Roles and Responsibilities:
Resolve customer complaints via phone, chat & email.
Responding to customer emails and chats in a timely and professional manner.
Providing accurate and helpful information to customers.
Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high-quality standards.
Working collaboratively with team members to achieve team goals.
Required Skills:
Average to good communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to frame proper sentences.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Must be reliable in terms of attendance and timing.
