Job Title: General Manager - Sales and Marketing Company MNC Location: Mumbai or Ankleshwar Experience: Minimum 15 - 20 Years (Candidate must be from the oil field industry). Qualification : Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering and MBA in marketing will be added advantage. Job Summary: As the Head of Sales of the organisation, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, foster strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within the Oil field chemicals, Speciality chemicals, Upstream functional chemicals or related industry. Must have experience of Key account Management, International & Domestic B2B sales domain. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy and Planning: 2. Team Leadership: 3. Skills Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the Oil field chemical / Speciality chemical or Functional chemical domain industry. Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and market dynamics. Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans. Willingness to travel as needed.
