Job Description

Kailash Hospital & Heart Institute is urgently hiring for Front Office Executive - Investigation Billing, Lab Billing, Emergency Billing, OPD Billing, Etc

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage billing processes for emergency, investigation, lab test, and OPD services.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims to insurance companies.
Coordinate with front desk staff to handle patient registration and scheduling appointments.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines at all times.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to patient inquiries.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in medical billing or related field (front office operations).
Typing Speed should be 20 WPM with 85% Accuracy.
Strong knowledge of medical coding systems (ICD-10) and electronic health records (EHRs).
Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure deadlines.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with patients, physicians, and insurance companies.
