Job Title: International Customer Service Travel Process Location: Kolkata Salary: 23,000 In-Hand + Additional Benefits Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week (Rotational Shifts, Rotational Week Offs) Job Summary: We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for an international travel customer service process. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support to international customers related to travel bookings, cancellations, and other travel-related services. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and emails related to international travel services Assist customers with bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and queries Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues Maintain updated knowledge of travel regulations, company policies, and systems Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the travel domain Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on rotational week offs Good problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset Knowledge of GDS/Amadeus/Sabre (preferred but not mandatory) Perks & Benefits: Competitive in-hand salary of 23,000 Performance incentives and night shift allowances Health insurance and other employee benefits Growth and learning opportunities in a global process Interested candidates contact at: SR.
