We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our voice process team as Customer Support Executives. The role involves handling inbound or outbound calls, assisting customers with their queries or complaints, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Candidates should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a positive attitude. No prior experience is required as training will be provided. This is a full-time role with rotational shifts, offering growth opportunities, a supportive work environment, and performance-based incentives.
As a Voice Process Executive, your key responsibilities include handling inbound and/or outbound calls to assist customers with their queries, complaints, or service requests in a professional manner.
You will be expected to provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, escalate complex problems when necessary, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Additionally, you will update customer records in the system, follow communication scripts when needed, and meet daily performance targets related to call quality, handling time, and customer feedback.
