Experienced mortgage professional with 1+ year in US Mortgage as a Mortgage Closer. Ability to make mortgage calculations accurately. Has a complete understanding of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac (FNMA/FHLMC) servicing. Has working knowledge of real estate lending criteria and federal, state, and agency compliance.
