Role & responsibilities > Understand the client requirement for various Technical/ Functional roles and identify potential candidates that will best fit the requirement to facilitate the hiring process from search to joining. > Responsible for Sourcing, screening, evaluate and selection of the candidates through a structured recruitment process designed to obtain the best candidates from various sources, reference and through various job portals. > Expertise in Sourcing resumes, Screening, Recruiting and Short-listing profiles based on parameters set by the client > Should have Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to cold call Candidates with confidence. > Handling the end to end recruitment cycle .
