Meeting targets while maintaining quality and accuracy. Required Candidate profile 1. Must have experience on Destination Oriented calls & Generic Calls. 2. Proficient in Spanish speaking and writing. 3. Excellent Geographical knowledge of US. 4. Must be flexible with shift timing.
