Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Solution Architect with expertise in Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing CRM solutions that meet our clients' business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of D365 CRM, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams. Lead the design and architecture of CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM. Gather and analyze business requirements to develop technical solutions that align with client objectives. Provide technical guidance and support to clients and project teams throughout the implementation process. Develop and maintain solution architecture documentation, including technical specifications and design documents. Ensure the technical integrity and quality of CRM solutions by adhering to best practices and industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver successful CRM implementations. Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 15+ years of experience in implementing and managing CRM solutions, with a focus on Dynamics 365 CRM. Strong understanding of CRM processes and best practices. Proficiency in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CRM, including workflows, plugins, and integrations. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable.
