LOOKING FOR EXCELLENT ENGLISH VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS. Roles and Responsibilities Handle international calls from UK and US clients. Provide excellent customer service to resolve customer queries and concerns. Work on an international voice process, processing calls efficiently. Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers. Meet performance targets set by the company. Desired Candidate Profile 1-4 years of experience in a similar role (international calling/processing). Strong knowledge of international processes, including UK and US procedures. Excellent English language proficiency for clear communication with customers.
