Sort through received applications. Conduct screening interviews. Process background check data. Sound understanding of IT required (understanding of ERPs, especially SAP is an asset). Recruitment experience in an employment agency an asset. Mastery of the MS Office Suite, in particular Word (essential), Excel and Outlook, and general proficiency with computers. Must have a very developed sense of urgency. Ability to manage several files at the same time and to identify priorities. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to establish good interpersonal relationships Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Sound knowledge of social networks. Should have full accountability of the hiring process, in order to fill vacancies against time, quality and service demands. successfully negotiate salary packages and complete the smooth hiring process. Knowledge of application management systems is an asset.
