Role & responsibilities Sales and Business Development: Actively promote and sell digital health products to physiotherapists and related healthcare professionals. Identify and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research within the assigned territories. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company through Vissco Johari Dealers. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Relationship Building and Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with physiotherapists, clinics, and healthcare institutions within the assigned territories. Understand the unique needs and requirements of physiotherapists and customize product offerings accordingly. Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. Market Intelligence and Reporting: Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in the digital health industry, particularly in the physiotherapy domain. Gather and analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline). 2-3 years of experience in sales roles, preferably in the healthcare, medical device, or physiotherapy industry. Strong understanding of digital health products with a focus on physiotherapy applications. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to physiotherapists and healthcare professionals. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Proficient in using computers and applications related to sales and customer relationship management. Willingness to travel within the assigned territories as required. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable mode of transportation. Perks and benefits
