Reviewing resumes and applications to identify the best-fit candidates. Conducting recruitment interviews and providing valuable insights during the hiring process. Handling the first round of telephonic interviews and scheduling further discussions. Strong knowledge of candidate selection methods and best hiring practices. Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills. In-depth understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes. Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Expertise in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through various job portals and social media platforms. Proficient in using ATS for streamlining recruitment workflows. Skilled in client management, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration. Qualification and Experience - Graduate - English Medium Schooling - Good knowledge of MS Excel / MS Word / Email - Must have done recruitment single handedly (1 months -3 years) Working Day & Timings Flexi hours 9 hours per day between 9.00 am to 8.00 pm from Monday to Saturday. 3 Saturdays off in a month, remaining working.
